A woman has been left cringing with embarrassment after hearing what her friend wants to name her triplets. She shared how her friend has taken inspiration from when naming her three boys while ensuring their names 'flow' with one another.
Taking to , she said: "My friend is having boys later this year, and when I went to visit her, I asked her what names she had in mind. She said she's set on these three - Bishop, Deacon and Pope." However, she is now changing Bishop to Saint as she has fallen in love with him after Kim Kardashian named her son Saint.
She added: "I looked at her in utter shock, and I didn't even bother to ask for the middle names."

Commenting on the monikers, one user said: "Deacon wouldn't be too bad by itself, but Pope is completely unhinged, omg. Just pick classic Bible names like normal people."
Another user added: "Bishop reminds me of the Marvel hero, and Deacon is a pretty obscure reference that only Catholics would get. Honestly it's the kid named Pope that ruins it."
A third user said: "Tragic and tragedy… there are so many nice normal names that are related to her religion too."
One more user added: "These names would be illegal in my country and she would be told it was denied and to think of something else." Another user said: "Saint is going to be the favourite."
Despite the criticism, many religious names are deeply embedded in cultural traditions and have been passed down through generations.
For example, in many cultures, biblical or other religious names (like Mary, John, or Mohammed) have been traditionally given to children as a way of preserving heritage and honouring ancestry.
Religious names often carry deep spiritual or symbolic meanings, reflecting qualities such as virtue, faith, or devotion to God. For example, "Faith" and "Grace" are Christian-inspired names that represent positive spiritual qualities.
Meanwhile, names like "Noah" (Hebrew for "rest" or "comfort") or "Fatima" (a revered name in Islamic culture) are chosen for the meanings associated with them in religious contexts.
Plenty of celebrities are also fond of monikers that have religious connotations. Kim Kardashian is the person who has inspired others to opt for the name 'Saint'.
Meanwhile, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin called their son Moses, Will Ferrell and Viveca Paulin picked Matthias and Amy Poehler and Will Arnett were drawn to the name Abel. The possibilites are endless!
